We’re looking for a results-driven Landscaping Sales Specialist to meet with customers to discuss and document the expectations that they have for their property via walking their job site, assessing budget requirements, and preparing a landscape plan and proposal to meet those expectations.

Typical day:

8 am - 12 pm (phone calls from CRM systems to potential clients)

12:30 - 4:30 - (sales drop in, social media marketing)

ProEthic Building Services is looking for an energetic and experienced Landscaping Sales Representative to join our company. This position is responsible for developing new business and increasing sales revenue by contacting potential customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in an inside or outside sales role and the ability to meet and exceed goals.

Role Overview:

As a Landscaping Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to prospects via phone, email, text and social media, become an expert in our products and services and build long standing customer relationships. You'll facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across departments, ensuring our accounts exceed expectations.

This role serves as a crucial stepping stone for individuals interested in transitioning to a senior sales role or sales management role, as it includes comprehensive training to develop the skills needed to succeed in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.

- Introduce company offerings and identify client needs and challenges.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.

- Participate in regular training sessions to learn about our products, industry trends, and effective sales techniques.

- Collaborate with the sales associates team to optimize appointment-setting strategies.

- Strive to meet and exceed daily and monthly targets.

- Work with landscapers to increase customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

- Extensive face-to-face (B2B) selling experience.

- Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism.

- Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills and processes.

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience with SalesForce or PipeDrive is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
