Responsibilities

The Replenishment Analyst will execute data manipulation, validation and analysis, and ultimately will write replenishment orders for a major retailer. Intense manipulation of data in Excel and Power BI is a major part of day-to-day work, along with entry-level interpretation and analysis of data and data visualizations. The Replenishment Analyst is responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of data through regular and periodic audits and reviews. Attention to detail is crucial to identify discrepancies and execute necessary changes, ensuring that all data is 100% accurate and reliable. The role is a developmental position for a career-minded person interested in learning, growth and advancement over time. The advancement goal is to become a sales analyst, business analyst or account manager.

Qualifications

Must currently reside in Florida with Homestead/Miami being strongly preferred.
Must have earned a Bachelors Degree in a business, mathematical, finance or data science discipline.
Advanced level of expertise with Excel required. A pre-hiring test will be administered to qualified applicants.
Some experience in an office, including internships, is desirable.
Above all, a tolerance of screen-focused, detail oriented, repetitive administrative tasks coupled with a proactive and self-regulated desire to grow through learning, experimentation and appropriate risk taking is key to overall success and advancement.
Spanish-English bilingualism is a plus-plus.
