Business Development Representative/Custom Clothing Territory Account Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Outreach: Leverage phone, email, social media, and email campaigns to drive new business opportunities with prospective clients.
- High-Profile Networking: Attend in-person showroom events, exclusive city gatherings, and meet-ups to expand Jaxson Maximus’s presence.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with leadership to create and implement innovative marketing campaigns that boost brand visibility and customer loyalty.
- Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, using our CRM system to grow and nurture valuable client relationships.
- Cultivate: Grow your book of business, building lasting client relationships and driving results. With Jaxson Maximus marketing tools and strategies, to assist you in building your book of business.
- Client Relationship Building: Provide exceptional customer service with consistent follow-up, excellent communication, and a client-focused approach.
- Team Collaboration: Embrace the Jaxson Maximus spirit by supporting your team, jumping in when needed, and fostering lasting client relationships essential for success.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant experience.
- Minimum 2 years of successful B2B or B2C sales experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proven record in prospecting or cold calling (B2B or B2C).
- Fluency in English required; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
No previous fashion or custom clothing experience is required, but a strong network in Miami is a big advantage.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
