Solar Sales Representative

We are seeking driven Solar Sales Representatives with Experience in Sales, ideally in blue-collar or similar industries. This role is perfect for someone who’s persuasive, personable, and ready to make a meaningful impact in clean energy.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1+ year in door-to-door sales, ideally in blue-collar sectors before solar.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, confident communicator.
  • Work Ethic & Discipline: Dependable, punctual, and committed to achieving goals.
  • Charisma: An engaging personality that builds connections easily.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door sales to promote solar energy solutions and products.
  • Engage with potential customers, providing information and answering questions about solar systems.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance marketing strategies and improve customer service.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to foster relationships and educate clients on the benefits of solar energy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 - $5.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
