At MARS Restoration, you'll get 3-5 guaranteed, qualified appointments per day, with unlimited opportunities to generate your own additional leads. First-year, experienced sales reps earn $100,000 - $200,000/yr on average.

ROOFING SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Maryland, Northern Virginia, DC

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of roofing systems to provide accurate quotes and recommendations - we'll train you to be the expert and trusted adviser to our customers.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the residential roofing market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competition to effectively position our offerings in the market.

Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven track record of success in sales, with numbers to back it up.

Full-time availability, 10am - sundown M-F plus mandatory Saturday hours

Ability to climb ladders and work in high places (you won't be doing the work, but you'll get up there to assess damage and take photos every day)

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - all sales reps will be required to have a truck, SUV or van by November 2024.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-driven with the ability to work independently

Experience in roofing or construction is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in the role.
