About the Sales Manager Position
Hexoskin is seeking a Sales Manager to become an integral part of our team!
The Sales Manager is in charge of prospecting professional clients and driving sales growth. The chosen candidate will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the company (biomedical, software, hardware, design). Our inclusive team is result-oriented and passionate about delivering leading innovative products to a large international community.
Responsibilities
- Drive the B2B sales pipeline to bring revenues and growth from inbound and outbound deals.
- Develop & maintain strong relationships with the Hexoskin clients, partners, and the developer’s community.
- Educate professional clients about the best Hexoskin products, software solutions, and services to reach their goals.
- Oversee the customers’ orders and shipping.
- Accountable for reports & tracking sales and revenues.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team on sales campaigns & objectives.
- Report Customers’ feedback.
- Attend relevant conferences and trade shows (mostly Canada/US).
Key Competencies & Skills
- Flawless English and French written communication skills.
- Over 2-3 years experience in Sales or Business Development
- Engineering, Business or Life Sciences university degree a plus.
- Experience with a CRM a plus.
- Experience in healthcare, biopharmaceutical, defense, and academic customers a plus.
- Rigorous work ethics & customer focus.
- A valid passport and the ability to travel.

How we Measure the Performance of the Sales Manager
Performance is measured by sales volume, customer success rate, and customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
