Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic real estate sales team on a 1099 independent contractor basis. This role requires proactive outbound calling to warm leads and managing client accounts to drive sales growth. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential and existing clients while closing deals effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate sales, demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills, and have the ability to capitalize on opportunities to enhance our service offerings.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm leads, nurturing relationships and converting them into clients.
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and close sales effectively.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Provide regular updates on account status, market conditions, and competitive landscape to management.
Skills
- Proven experience in real estate sales and account management with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate yourself and team members towards achieving common goals.
- Excellent sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficient in negotiating contracts and closing deals while maintaining positive client relations.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred but not mandatory.
