At Our Town America, our Inside Sales Team is the driving force behind our company's success. We provide micro-local advertising services with a nationwide reach, offering a range of products, including new mover mailers, postcards, and digital solutions. As a Sales Account Representative, you'll join a dynamic and competitive team of sales professional’s laser-focused on activity, follow-up, and delivering results and take advantage of making uncapped commissions. Our culture is results-oriented; we train and coach, and our entire sales team shares the common goal of achieving success. The job responsibilities outlined below are the daily tasks that will pave the way for your success. Keys to Success
1. Activity.
To excel in this role, you should be a proactive salesperson dedicated to seeking out new opportunities. You'll be expected to make an average of 75-100 plus calls per day and follow-ups daily, as well as schedule a minimum of 2 appointments per day.
2. Sales Training.
You must be able to apply our sales training programs that cover product knowledge, sales techniques, and effective communication strategies. Continuously update training materials to align with industry trends and company offerings.
3. Performance Coaching.
You must be able to work one-on-one with the sales manager to identify strengths and areas for improvement and digest constructive feedback and guidance to help them achieve sales targets.
4. Industry Knowledge.
Knowledge of industry competitors, their offerings, standard pricing, and ability to work the sales. Understanding our top target categories and clients’ competitors and how new mover marketing, postcard, and digital programs give businesses the competitive edge.
5. Communications Skills.
Overcoming objections, product knowledge, putting together a presentation framework with tools provided, and building value for the customer. Communicate with your managers about day-to-day wins and challenges, and ask for assistance.
6. Time Management.
Being able to prioritize your tasks, territory management, and strategy planning. Evaluate a customer and be able to develop a timely pre & post-presentation checklist.
7. Competitive.
Team players with positive attitudes, results-driven, and a willingness to learn and share. It would be best if you were motivated and have the urgency to sell with a desire to increase the client’s revenue and your revenue.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
