Every year we remanufacture or recycle thousands of blades to original quality thereby saving over 80 tons of iron ore from land fills annually. We believe that if you make something you should take responsibility for it.
In business for over 45 years, our brands include EAB Green, RazorBack and Stay Sharp covering all major power tool accessory categories including: saw blades, diamond blades, hole saws, drill bits, driver bits, reciprocating blades and oscillating tool accessories.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Territory Manager to cover our Saskatchewan and Northern Manitoba region. To service our existing account base and seek out new customers and opportunities. The successful candidate is a highly motivated sales professional with experience in account management and business development.
You will be responsible for growing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and following up on leads for new business. You will be motivated to win, eager to build relationships, be able to work independently and play a key role as a member of a winning team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales and profitability by providing best in class service to existing account base while demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for EAB products
- Grow sales in territory by expanding lines of business with existing customers and prospecting new accounts
- Maintain an awareness and knowledge of new product, marketing initiatives, programs, and status of product for customers
- Monitor weekly sales and analyze results to identify trends and opportunities
- Model company standards in customer service by providing gracious, prompt, and efficient service to all customers by responding to and processing incoming calls, providing quotations and following up on opportunities, providing technical support on products, and troubleshooting.
- Initiate and provide in store training to educate customer base on our product lines and sustainability programs
- Picking up recycled/returned product
Requirements:
- Post secondary degree/ diploma
- Sales and customer service experience preferred. Experience in the home improvement /construction industry an asset
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills along with interpersonal skills that creates a comfortable selling conversation
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills as well as solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of sales success
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
