Our services include Shared Sales Services, Key Account Management, Market Expansion, and Retail Marketing Services. Our headquarters is located in Franklin, TN. This position is located in Boston, MA as a Shared Sales Representative.
Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shared Sales Representative. The Shared Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, reaching out to potential clients, creating sales proposals, and conducting sales meetings. They will also work with wholesaler partners to develop and implement effective sales strategies, build and maintain client relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:
- Selling products into retail accounts
- Sampling/tasting events
- Wholesaler interaction and management
- Use of VIP KARMA to track sales achievements and account level detail in real time
- Visiting 10-15 accounts per day
- Submitting Supplier Recaps every Monday morning
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation
- Ability to create and deliver effective sales proposals
- Experience with CRM software, Karma/VIP preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Boston market
- Expert knowledge of the territory
- 3-5 years of beverage sales experience, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field + 1-3 years beverage sales experience
- Experience with on & off-premise beverage sales

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
