Brandster Inc is seeking a talented individual as a Digital Sales Manager to join our company and grow within our organization.

As a Digital Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by managing our marketplace (Amazon, eBay, Etc.) department and maintain the accounts on a daily basis. You will play a pivotal role in our continued growth and success, overseeing the sales and listing process, nourishing client relationships, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage daily sales orders, inventory, and product data.
- Customer care and support.
- Prepare & shipping products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and expand our product catalog base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes, improve customer experience, and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and provide timely reports and insights to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Data and Analytics minded.
- Amazon Seller Experience.
- Proven experience as a successful sales professional, preferably in [industry/sector].
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
