As we continue to grow, we're seeking a driven and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to help expand our customer base in the Memphis area. Position Overview:
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by focusing 70% of your efforts on new account generation and 30% on reselling and upselling to existing customers. You will be responsible for managing and growing your territory, meeting new prospective clients, maintaining relationships with current accounts, and ultimately driving revenue. Local travel to customer and prospective customer sites will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Actively prospect and acquire new commercial customers for our laundry equipment products and services, focusing on building long-term relationships.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and reselling to increase revenue
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our equipment and chemical products to effectively communicate their benefits and applications to potential clients..
  • Lead Generation: Utilize provided leads lists and CRM system (training provided) to efficiently canvass and engage potential customers in your assigned territory.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to customers, ensuring satisfaction and facilitating the delivery of the best possible products and services.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM Software/Tools.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the internal sales team, marketing, and customer service to achieve sales targets and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Travel: Local travel required within the Memphis area to meet with customers and prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the commercial equipment or related industries (previous experience in sales of laundry equipment is a plus).
  • Proven track record of successful sales, including new business acquisition and account management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated while managing a sales pipeline and meeting goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (training provided) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel locally to meet customers and prospects within the assigned territory.

Pay: $76,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
