Row House is seeking an experienced Studio Sales Manager to oversee sales and operations for our boutique fitness studio located in College Station, TX.

Row House is a boutique rowing concept that strives to give people of all different fitness levels an efficient, high-cardio, full-body workout in 45 minutes. Row House creates an environment that raises everyone up so they come together, rowing on the same rhythm, with the same flow and energy. Each synchronized group fitness experience champions a sense of purpose; one that provides a fun, team-oriented environment that encompasses a true sense of community. Our workout is authentic to the sport of rowing and stays true to form to one of the world’s oldest sports. Targeting the upper body, lower body, and core all at once, the brand's fitness program offers an energetic, endorphin-boosting workout in a safe, inspiring, and inclusive environment.

POSITION:

The ideal Studio Sales Manager will oversee all Studio Sales & Operations functionality.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of fitness or membership sales experience is required.
  • An affinity and passion for fitness.
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner(s).
  • Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail.
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
  • Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement.
  • Solid writing and grammar skills.
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public.

DUTIES

  • Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
  • Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro class.
  • Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts.
  • Manage staff schedule.
  • Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts.
  • Supervise Sales Representatives.
  • Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc. (training provided).
  • Independently make decisions related to high level customer service.
  • Collect outstanding dues.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio.
  • Enforce Row House policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible.
  • Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • This position offers a competitive base salary; based on experience & performance.
  • Commission paid on sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $32,500.00 per year
