Seeking reliable, self-motivated individuals to work directly with our customers. Our consultants must be able to work directly in person and over the phone with our current and prospective customers to provide accurate, helpful information on a case-by-case basis. We need people who are outgoing with a good attitude and work ethic to join our team as we currently have more customers than we can help with our current staff. Training is done in-house at our office so we can ensure you have all the knowledge and tools you need to be successful and productive as a member of our team. We also have a 60-90 day management training program for anybody looking to advance quickly into a leadership position. We offer full and Part-time opportunities, after training you will make your own schedule! Reliable transportation is strongly recommended.

Responsibilities:
Generate sales leads, Identify and asses customers' needs, Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools. Meet personal and team sales targets. Handle customer service and warranty concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time restrictions; follow up with customers to ensure resolution and drive continued sales. Keep records of customer interactions and Follow communication procedures , guidelines and policies. Take the extra mile to generate new customers.
