Location: Rural Hall, NC (with travel to Indiana plant as necessary)
Job Description:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading all sales efforts within our organization. Working closely with the marketing and production teams, you will ensure our company remains competitive and strategically positioned in the market. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing both direct sales and our dealer network, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and fostering strong relationships with our dealer partners.
- Hiring, training, and leading an internal sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance.
- Onboarding new dealers and prospecting strategic partnerships to expand our market reach.
- Collaborating with the accounting team to provide training on financing programs, facilitating seamless transactions for our customers.
- Working alongside the purchasing and marketing teams to develop discount offers and sales promotions, based on market analysis and customer needs.
- Conducting market research to inform pricing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Managing and training sales representatives in the effective use of our CRM system.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to automate workflows within the CRM system and streamline sales processes.
- Leading monthly sales meetings to review performance, discuss strategies, and implement necessary changes.
- Assisting in the implementation of new products and providing sales training as needed.
- Working closely with the marketing team to create supporting content and promotional materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.

Pay: $63,312.21 - $76,246.96 per year
