Job Description

Dave Arbogast is one of Dayton’s largest dealership groups, and has an amazing opportunity to join our team. We are currently seeking a New Sales Manager with Ford Experience at our Dave Arbogast Ford location.

What we are looking for:

  • Ford Sales Management Experience
  • Strong closing & negotiating skills
  • Ability to coach/train sales staff
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Superior deal structuring ability (subprime experience is a plus)
  • Deep understanding of the used car market
  • Tech Savvy - Must be able to use effectively: DMS, CRM, Inventory Systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Professional work ethic and high integrity
  • Ability to work as a team and/or independently
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of car sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee the sales process, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, optimizing stock control.
  • Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet company objectives.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact with customers and resolve any issues effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
