Dave Arbogast is one of Dayton’s largest dealership groups, and has an amazing opportunity to join our team. We are currently seeking a New Sales Manager with Ford Experience at our Dave Arbogast Ford location.
What we are looking for:
- Ford Sales Management Experience
- Strong closing & negotiating skills
- Ability to coach/train sales staff
- Outstanding customer service
- Superior deal structuring ability (subprime experience is a plus)
- Deep understanding of the used car market
- Tech Savvy - Must be able to use effectively: DMS, CRM, Inventory Systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Professional work ethic and high integrity
- Ability to work as a team and/or independently
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of car sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Oversee the sales process, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and maximize profitability.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, optimizing stock control.
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet company objectives.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact with customers and resolve any issues effectively.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
