JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE
  • Works closely and collaboratively with the sales team to develop and execute winning technology strategies for our customers.
  • Win new business by designing solutions that meet the customer’s requirements and beat the competition.
  • Develop strong relationships with the sales team and key customer contacts.
  • Promote the complete portfolio of technology solutions and services available.
  • Lead customer-facing technical presentations and be able to demonstrate our technology solutions.
  • Perform technical support for our customers.
  • Perform billable services for our customers.
  • Thrive within an entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven and results-driven.

EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + KEY TRAITS
  • Technical four-year degree, but experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Problem-solving and decision making.
  • Proactivity and self-direction.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
