Customer Success Manager
St. Denis Companies is looking to hire a Customer Success Associate and Graphic Designer to join our growing team. As a Customer Success Graphic Designer, it will be your responsibility to develop and maintain relationships with our clients. You will represent St. Denis Companies with courtesy and professionalism as you follow up on placed orders, notify customers of production schedules, follow-up with customers on behalf of our Prepress Account Managers, address customer concerns, perform post-delivery check-ins, and more.
The role occasionally requires that the Success Associate discuss technical details related to customer submitted artwork, so the ideal candidate would also have mild proficiency in (or working knowledge of) Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Job Duties
· Answer customer inquiries related to order status, production timelines, or artwork
· Communicate with customers via email or phone
· Track order statuses, provide proactive updates to customers, and courtesy contacts post-shipment to verify satisfaction
· Coordinate with print, lamination, and shipping teams to ensure timely processing of orders
· Convey issues related to customer-submitted artwork to customers
Bonus Skills
· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
· Previous CRM/OMS experience a plus
Requirements
· Must be proficient with either a PC or Mac
· Must be proficient with Adobe Illustrator
· Strong organizational skills are a must
· Comfortable with Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word)
· Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
