Our company specializes in the resale of high-end footwear brands such as Jordan, Yeezy, Nike SB, and others. Hype Point also offers hype streetwear brands such as Supreme, Off-White, Vlone, Essentials, etc. Our products are rather rare and highly in demand.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and advise customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
Conduct product demonstrations to highlight their features and benefits.
Answer customer questions about products, prices, promotions, etc.
Ensure a neat and attractive presentation of the store and products.
Manage sales transactions, including cash handling and using the point-of-sale system.
Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Provide quality after-sales service, including handling customer returns or complaints.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and market trends.

Resourceful and adaptable to respond to demand and opportunities in a constantly evolving environment.
Strong cognitive abilities and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis.
