CLEAN TEAM IS HIRING IN THE DETROIT MICHIGAN AREA FOR AN EXPERICED AND PROFESSIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER
Job Description is as follows:

Required to undertake the following duties using the methods and frequencies in line with the
requirements of the job specifications. - Oversee designated areas of responsibility.
- Prioritize responsibilities for Area Supervisors, Site Supervisors, Floaters, & Cleaners.

Review and Control labor hours of employees in your designated area.
o Do not exceed the Labor Budget for each facility managed.- Responsible for overseeing the labor hours at each account and ensure they align
o Control overtime(ALL overtime needs prior approval).-
Review employee's hours before using employees on projects such as fill
ins/backups/detailing. - Use employees with fewer hours.

Review Chronotek.
- Check employees clock ins and clock outs.

Reassign and call employees to fill vacancies.
o If no one can fill the vacancies, the Operations Manager will be
responsible to fill-in for the vacancies.
- Attend, Coordinate, & Lead afternoon Manager's Meeting (Monday-Friday).

Review submitted Building Inspections Forms from previous night.
o Discuss and designate corrective actions and delegate responsibilities on reported issues.
o Check that Area Managers / Area Supervisors have submitted noted inventory shortages of
products and setup delivery schedules. -
Inspect Level Board Locations.
o Confirm that all problems reported were addressed and corrective measures are in place.
o Complete a building inspection on the account and submit the report to the Director of
Operations.
o Prior approval is needed from (Director of Operations, Business Development Manager, Sr.
Sales Executive, or President) in order to change or remove the account from the level
board. -
Re-visit past Level Board Locations (reoccurring problem accounts).
o Confirm that all problems reported were addressed and corrective measures are in place.
o Complete a building inspection on the account and submit the report to the Director of
Operations.
o Re-train and/or replace employees (if necessary, delegate responsibilities to the Area
Manager / Area Supervisor). -
Complete 1 - 2 building inspections per night & submit forms to the Director of Operations.
o Plan route optimization for Inspections and Deliveries. -
Submit inventory supplies and schedule delivery or delegate responsibilities (information may be
obtained from inspection forms, Area Managers, Area Supervisors, Site Supervisor, Floats, emails,
texted messages, phone calls, etc.). - Assist with all new hire paperwork and ensure it is completed and submitted to H.R.
- Assist in training new-hire employees in your designated area.
- Assist with cleaning any location in your designated area as needed and complete the detailing.
- Train, Re-train and Cross Train area managers, supervisors, and cleaners.
- Assist in New Start-Ups in designated area.

Report any deficiencies and problems to the Director of Operations if the corrective actions have
not taken place or have not been completed. -
Receive calls from Area Managers & Area Supervisors at the end of their shift.
o Review checklist (quality of location cleaned, doors locked, building alarmed (if applicable),
all personnel are accounted for, and everything is in good order) average of five minutes per
call. - Complete all termination paperwork and submit to Human Resources.

Email nightly reports to the Director of Operations, President, Senior Sales Executive, and Business
Development Manager. - Email all employee time discrepancies and employee actions to Human Resources.
- May be responsible to carry out other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job
