Job Description
Campaign Nucleus is currently looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team. The Account Coordinator is responsible for providing customer service for clients coming onto our SaaS platform.
This includes providing support to client service managers, assisting with day-to-day activities and requests from our diverse list of clients, and being directly responsible for some accounts under the account manager’s supervision. This is a full-time, salaried position depending on experience. Recent college graduates with digital media, web development, marketing, and communications backgrounds, and relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist/support account managers with client projects and day-to-day client communication.
- Assist in preparing reports, schedules, proposals, and other client communications/correspondence.
- Participate/document client meeting/conference call discussions.
- Pulling/preparing client monthly billing reports.
- Assist with Q/A website testing and website maintenance.
- Provide recommendations for ongoing campaign/project improvement.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
- HTML knowledge is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BA in digital media, marketing, communications, or other related fields.
- 0-2 years experience in digital media, marketing, communications, or other related fields.
- Knowledge of our clients and their associated industries.
- Detail-oriented.
- Extremely organized.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
- Ability to multitask.
- Efficient, fast learner.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
