About the role

As the Manager, National Acquisition, you will lead a team of Sales Executives who are tasked with acquiring new ZPAs. This role requires outstanding people leadership, creative problem solving, and world-class mentorship. You'll be responsible for the overall sales performance of your team and partner cross-functionally to drive revenue growth. This role reports to the General Manager of Acquisition. If you've got a positive outlook and experience leading and building a team this role could be a great match for you. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Select, train, mentor, and retain a high-performing diverse team in alignment with Zillow Group’s Leadership Expectations.
  • Achieve or exceed predetermined revenue goals through effective planning, goal setting, analyzing data and forecasting on a weekly basis.
  • Lead team to creatively ensure accurate usage and accountability of relevant tools and processes.
  • Run ongoing team meetings and 1-1s to cultivate team member development and morale. When needed, implement performance plans according to company procedure.
  • Build positive relationships across the ZPA org to forecast sales performance, implement strategy, remove roadblocks, foster growth and client growth for your team.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $91,600.00 - $146,400.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • 3-5+ years of sales leadership experience specific to B2B and/or B2C products and services
  • Experience leading a team responsible for managing a multi-million-dollar book of business
  • Proven track record in a dynamic, high-energy sales environment; distributed workforce experience preferred
  • Experience handling recurring revenue generated accounts
  • Preferred experience in online advertising and/or SAAS
  • Solid understanding of CRM and reporting tools (Salesforce & Tableau preferred)

  • Candidate must be current TL, prior LEEP/LDP, or Sales Manager
  • Candidate must be in good standing
  • Direct manager approval/RD/GM sponsorship
