OPC Pest Services, a trusted company of the Rollins Family of Brands, is rapidly expanding and we are searching for our next Commercial Sales Manager in the Louisville, Kentucky Service Areas--including Jefferson, Oldham, Shelby, Bullitt and Hardin Counties. This position offers full-time employment all year round and uncapped commissions!

- Competitive salary plus uncapped sales commissions—base salary for position is $60,000 to $75,000 annually and the potential to earn $90,000 to $110,000 with commission / bonuses;

This position will be our coach and leader in the field to develop outside/commercial sales staff through coaching and ride alongs, drive sales and productivity in the Louisville service areas.
You will…
- train and develop a sales team and perform ride alongs with outside sales staff regularly;
- work in partnership with Branch Managers on hiring and staffing an outside sales team for the district and align sales processes;
- exceed personal sales quotas, cover open schedules and appointments as needed;
- lead sales meetings, manage sales performance, monitor competition in area to remain competitive;
- provide technical assistance and training to field personnel on accounts;
- attend district service meetings to strengthen relationships with service personnel as well as networking meetings;
…and serve as a key member of the OPC team!

- Must be at least 18 years old
- 5-7 years' sales experience required
- 5+ years' sales/team management preferred
- Must be able to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment after training
- Must be able to bend, stoop, walk on uneven surfaces, climb ladders, reach overhead and inspect small spaces
- Must be able to work independently in the field
- Must maintain valid driver’s license through life of employment
Must be able to pass criminal history background check and drug screen.
Must be available to work onsite in the Louisville, Kentucky service area on a daily basis.
