We work with Clinical and Non-Clinical professionals to be deployed at Long-Term Healthcare Facilities, Hospitals, Medical Centers, Retirement Homes, and Behavioral Health Facilities.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele in the Healthcare industry. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise and existing contacts
- Conduct introductory meetings with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationship with AGG’s clients and ensure high standards of service.
- Maintain healthy business relationship between the team internally, and between the team and the external clients.
- Prepare monthly business reports as assigned
- Prepare business proposals, conduct research, and participate in feasibility studies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or a relevant role
- Proficient in LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- 3+ years of Healthcare or RPO experience
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
