As an Account Manager, you will be providing a vital service by implementing, monitoring, and evaluating chemical delivery systems. You will take ownership of sites and ensure they have the service needed to operate in a safe and compliant manner while supporting our customer's needs.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Build long-term strategic relationships by providing account management to customers while understanding their business requirements and originating sales opportunities
- Identify, coordinate, and collaborate with team members to drive projects, technical sales and innovative solutions that bring value to our customers
- Develop, deliver, and lead business reviews and technical presentations to customers, executive leadership, and team
- Manage the day-to-day operations of existing refinery chemical process business for customer accounts, technicians and account representatives
- Demonstrate good communication with interpersonal skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with teams and customers
- Follow Sales and Service Standards at key customer accounts to ensure compliance
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor’s Degree in science related field (Chemical Engineering preferred) from an accredited university
- Have refinery operation experience or industrial process, water, finished fuels, refinery sales, engineering, or service experience
- Understanding of industrial chemical treatment and sales process
- Demonstrate troubleshooting skills
- Have experience working in a laboratory setting
- Comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and refinery market conditions
- Understanding how to manage a manage and communicate a project.
- Be willing and capable of performing chemical transfers

- There will be scheduled times when this role needs to be on call.
