Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback

Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a bonus
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and effective sales techniques
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
