Job Overview:
SeekOne Roofing is looking for a strong sales leader to build a high-performance sales team and direct sales in our Nashville Location. In this role, you will Roll Up Your Sleeves and help build our branch.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all roofing sales operations and staff
- Build the sales team - Recruit, train, coach, lead, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve in all aspects of the sales position
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand market share
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and lead daily/weekly sales team meetings
- Coach and lead your team to become expert canvassers
- Create canvassing plan, track daily activity and performance of your team, and supervise all sales-generating activities in the field
- Infuse your team with passion and motivation, turning goals into achievements
- Nurture a team of go-getters, providing the fuel they need to excel
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience
- THIS IS NOT AN OFFICE POSITION: activities such as canvassing, selling, roof inspections, adjuster meetings, closing sales, and leading your sales team in the field are a must
Requirements:
- This isn’t your first rodeo!
- You are a $1 Million-Plus annual producer, and you’ve done it before
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management in the roofing insurance restoration industry
- Strong understanding of the roofing insurance restoration industry, including experience with Roofing software, and insurance settlement negotiations
- Familiar with insurance restoration process, reviewing scopes, meeting with adjusters to get roofs approved, and managing builds
- Ability to set ladders and climb roofs
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year based on experience
