We are a global company that specializes in the development, manufacturing, and sales of entertainment LED lighting and control products. Our products are installed in a wide range of environments, including theme parks, theaters, film sets, art exhibits, and more!

We are presently looking for an Orlando based lighting technical sales consultant.

Role Overview:

As a Technical Sales Consultant, your mission will be to champion our products, driving sales and brand presence both with new prospects and within our existing clientele. This role is not just about sales; it's about becoming a trusted advisor to our clients, providing both pre-sale technical guidance and post-sale support to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Your proactive approach to sales, deep understanding of our technology, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be key to your success.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate leads and drive sales through various outreach methods, including direct customer visits to establish and strengthen relationships.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers during the pre-sale process, enhancing their buying experience with personalized consultations.
  • Offer post-sales support to ensure product satisfaction and ongoing customer loyalty.
  • Manage accounts and projects with precision, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Represent our company at trade shows and industry events, demonstrating our products and networking with potential clients to boost brand visibility and sales opportunities.
  • Perform customer service-related functions on an as needed basis.
  • Adapt to various duties as needed to support our team's success and respond to the evolving market landscape.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Possesses at least 2 years of hands-on experience with DMX / ArtNET lighting technologies. Candidates with backgrounds in AV, home automation, or low voltage are also highly valued.   • Customer Interaction Experience: Brings 2 to 5 years of professional experience in roles that involve significant customer interaction, such as customer service, project management, sales, or technical support.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office suite with practical experience using a CRM system to manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibits excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively with customers and team members alike. Must be adept at conducting outreach and maintaining communication with both prospective and existing customers via phone and other channels.
