About Easy Badges:

Easy Badges is a rising star in the B2B ID card printing solutions market. The majority of our sales come from ecommerce, specifically through PPC (shopping and text ads) and organic SEO inbound leads. Although our website generates leads successfully, there is still a need for consultation and quoting on most orders.

About the Position:

We are currently seeking individuals who can thrive in a relaxed office setting as part of a small, resourceful team based in our SE Portland office. We are looking for a candidate who is friendly, intelligent, and efficient. This role is ideal for professionals with 1-5 years of experience in sales or recent college graduates who are eager to enter the sales field. While previous experience in leading webinars and screenshares with potential customers is preferred, it is not a requirement. The position requires strong email organization skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, meticulous attention to detail, and regular communication with colleagues. It is a perfect fit for entry-level sales and customer service professionals who are seeking a fast-paced sales role without the need for cold calling.

To Start:

Initially, the majority of the day will be dedicated to processing and shipping customer orders. All of our current staff members have started in this position to gain familiarity with our internal systems, products, and customer base. The right candidate will eventually progress to answering inbound calls, responding to online chats, and communicating with leads via email. They will also receive training to conduct remote software demonstrations with potential clients.

Pay & Hours:

Salaried and based on the candidate's experience with plenty of room for growth. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4 PM, although there is some flexibility if you prefer to start earlier.

Preferred skills:

Entry-level to 5 years of professional business experience in customer service or inside sales, previous experience in conducting webinars with leads, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment while utilizing multiple systems simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
