Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage HDPE and specialty products sales in the assigned region by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends ICONIX reach within the region.
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to ICONIX clients.
- Track sales goals and report results as necessary.
- Achieve the annual revenue and margin budgets, and product-specific targets that are established by the Regional Manager, Sales and Operations.
- Research ways to penetrate new markets and products.
- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships.
- Performing other related duties as required.
- Passion for sales and customer satisfaction
- Ability to build relationships by establishing a good first impression and build trust by demonstrating our company values
- Ability to overcome objections in the sales process
- Ability to understand each customer’s situation
- Personalized solutions to match the customer’s need
- Delivery of agreed-upon promises and co-creation future growth opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred
- 5 years' related experience
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate are essential
- Strong strategic thinking skills to make a huge impact on the business
- Ability to organize effectively and delegate responsibilities
- Sales planning and territory management skills
- Problem-solving skills
