Qualifications:

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, and leading a team.
- Strong understanding of plumbing products, services, and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and close deals.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in coaching and developing sales talent.
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes, CRM software, and sales operations best practices.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales performance to inform decision-making.
