Responsibilities:

• Utilize CRM software to manage leads, follow-up with prospects, and track sales activities.
• Generate appointments through phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
• Implement and maintain excellent follow-up processes to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, incentives, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and team members.
• Ensure all sales activities and customer interactions are accurately documented and recorded in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or internet sales preferred.
• Proficient with CRM software and other digital sales tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: $73,076.00 - $149,760.00 per year
