We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC / Mechanical Inside Sales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success in the HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical industry and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
As a Sales professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting our services to commercial, residential and industrial clients/sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Estimating/Quotes
- Ordering Parts
- Inside Sales Background - knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing
- Identify and prospect new customers in the commercial, residential and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients, negotiating terms and closing sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and technical support, to provide tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Proven track record of success in HVAC / Mechanical or related sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical equipment, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
