Job Description

Job Summary:
Mazda of Columbia is seeking a motivated, experienced and results-driven Internet Sales Director to join our dealership in Columbia, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the online sales department, overseeing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth through increasing internet sales. This is a full-time position with a base salary and commission structure.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase internet sales and achieve revenue targets
  • Manage and lead the internet sales team, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Oversee the daily operations of the internet sales department, including managing online inventory, responding to online inquiries, and scheduling appointments
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze internet sales leads, customer information, and sales data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the dealership website
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in online sales practices to constantly improve dealership's online presence and sales approach

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in internet sales, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Previous management experience in a sales role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficient in CRM tools and computer software
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
