About the position

The sales manager will be growing the company dramatically in the first 12 months by training new designers and holding designers accountable to meeting close rates in the South East Florida market.

After the first 12 months the sales manager will continue to grow the Southeast Florida Market but will also expand the company's Southwest Florida sales staff. The company is providing a generous compensation package for the sales manager to meet or exceed the growth goals. This position is ideally suited for someone with experience in closet sales management but also the drive to work hard and grow the sales organization quickly.

Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

Interviewing and hiring new salespeople
Training Salespeople
Holding Salespeople accountable to targets
Assisting Salespeople in completing sales
Updating product offerings and price structure
Optimizing company training program.

The following qualifications are required

A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a minimum of 10 designers in a closet company
Experience having trained and developed a minimum of 5 designers
Thorough knowledge of consultative sales techniques
A strong drive towards growth
A high level of intelligence
Proficient with technology, can easily learn new technology
Highly Organized
Meticulous and detail oriented

Compensation

Base Salary: $90,000

Bonus: Uncapped Bonus with the potential to earn $100K or more in bonus.
