KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Advisory Marketing to join our Marketing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for integrated, omni-channel marketing of priority services and solutions, as well as the development and execution of a marketing plan which aids in achieving business goals and revenue targets
- Drive marketing strategy and plans with Advisory marketing leaders in upper/mid funnel and lead generation campaigns around key messages into market
- Function as a strategic business partner/marketing advisor to Managed Services business leaders and teams to define and develop unique value propositions, key messages, engaging and differentiated content and POVs
- Work with Advisory marketing leaders and team members to develop a seamless, “one KPMG” customer experience for our target audience
- Define key goals and metrics for the marketing and campaign plans and report those to business leaders on a monthly basis
- Serve as the PML for any direct reports; co-define the goals and develop the individual performance and learning/development plans for all
Qualifications:
- Minimum ten years of recent total B2B marketing within a heavily matrixed professional services organization
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Experience in marketing plan development, budgeting, activation, strategy, analysis and execution; experience in market plan development
- Strong relationship manager and experience facilitating diverse stakeholders around complex issues
- Significant project management experience
- Domain knowledge and understanding of a managed services business preferred
