Position Overview:

The Senior Customer Success Engineer is vital in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our enterprise clients, leveraging both technical expertise in either mechanical or chemical engineering and exceptional customer service skills to ensure our clients achieve and exceed their operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are fully satisfied with our solutions.
  • Lead and manage customer success projects from initiation to completion, aligning our technologies with client-specific objectives for maximum impact.
  • Conduct high-level technical discussions and meetings with clients, effectively communicating the benefits and specifications of our technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product development, and sales teams to customize solutions that address specific client challenges.
  • Use advanced communication skills to explain complex technical details in an accessible and persuasive manner.
  • Utilize Microsoft Suite extensively to manage projects, prepare detailed reports, and craft compelling presentations tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Support the field deployment activities of Vanmok hardware and technology, ensuring successful implementation and operation.
  • Oversee and contribute to the creation and maintenance of ISO 9001 documentation, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Lead QA/QC processes to maintain high standards of quality and reliability in all client engagements and product deployments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer relationship management and technical customer success roles within the engineering sector.
  • Proven track record in project management, demonstrating the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a capability for diplomatic conversations when necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 documentation and QA/QC processes in a technical or engineering environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to support and oversee field deployment activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP).

· Registered P.Eng.

· Experience specifically in leak detection or a closely related technical field.

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
