Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive leader who can inspire and guide the sales team towards achieving exceptional performance levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives.
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and team performance.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed.
Oversee all dealership sales negotiations and transactions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the automotive sales process and market trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.
