Due to recent growth and new brand partnerships, we are actively seeking a solution-focused Entry Level Account Manager to join our Lanham-based team.
The Entry Level Account Manager is essential to cultivating and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The core function of the position is to establish and maintain a genuine relationship with the customer, address questions and concerns with professionalism and ease, and deliver quality account solutions to foster a positive, lasting relationship between the client and brand. The best Entry Level Account Managers possess a passion for helping and working with others, create value, produce quality results, and embrace challenges. Our team demonstrates the ability to drive sales, close deals, crush expectations, and manage contract negotiations for some of the world’s most notable brands due to the individuals that make up our team.
Responsibilities of an Entry Level Account Manager:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all potential customers investigating and resolving issues as they arise
- Build strategic alliances with key clients through community outreach, promotional campaigns, and field sales strategies
- Use effective customer service and sales techniques to identify customer needs and successfully move them through the sales cycle
- Provide visual direction and leadership to our Marketing and Sales team
- Set and execute daily tasks and follow-ups with senior management, fellow team members and client accounts
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers and sales staff to identify and grow opportunities within multiple territories
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability for our clients
- Develop and oversee the implementation of all campaign strategies
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of clients' brand, promotional services, and profitability targets
Entry Level Account Manager Requirements:
- 1-2 years of Account Management, Sales, or Customer Service experience
- Degree in Business, Communications, Sales or related field preferred
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while adhering to guidelines with a keen sense of detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Understand basic sales strategies and customer demand
- Possess high levels of independence, reliability, and resilience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
