Gopher Sport is seeking an exceptional candidate to lead our international sales efforts and the growth of all Gopher Sport Brands across all non-US and Canadian markets. This key position will report directly to the VP of Sales.

The goals and outcomes of this position:
This position will be responsible for achieving the annual international sales and profit growth goals across all brands (Gopher, Moving Minds, Play with a Purpose, SPARK, STEM Supplies) through the effective execution of the Gopher Sport Sales Operating System.
As a International Territory Sales Manager you will be tasked with accomplishing the following outcomes:
- International annual sales revenue targets
- International annual profitability targets
- Customer acquisition growth targets
- Total customer count growth targets
- Incoming activity response goals
- Outbound activity goals
What you will be doing:
1. Handle and respond to all incoming “work” coming into the territory, following company processes and response time standards
2. Find and qualify new opportunities with existing customers
3. Execute all outbound activities with prospects
4. Qualify opportunities, create estimates and convert to orders
5. Represent all company brands at trade shows and other in-market events
6. Organize, host, and follow up with customers at additional special events (webinars, in service training, etc)
7. Document all activities in the CRM according to company processes
8. Develop relationships with all organizations that are relevant to the buying process
9. Maintain current contracts, proactively identify new contract opportunities, and collaborate internally to facilitate and complete contract requirements.

1. 4-year degree in business administration, international business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
2. At least 5 years of sales experience consistently achieving or exceeding quota, ideally in the educational or athletic equipment sector.
3. Previous international selling experience and a strong knowledge of the international education sector and sports industry is preferred but not required.
4. Demonstrated experience navigating international markets and a strong understanding of cultural differences and dynamics is preferred but not required.
5. A lifestyle or educational background that is aligned with the company’s vision: “To help teachers and coaches show kids how to have fun and become healthier through physical activity.”
6. Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
7. NetSuite and/or CRM experience preferred but not required.
8. Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and Windows Operating System
