Magic Science Supply, LLC is a healthcare technology-based consumer products company specializing in the manufacturing of hypochlorous acid (HOCl), an antimicrobial disinfectant that kills 99.9% of germs. We believe that keeping families healthy does not have to mean exposing them to harsh chemicals. Our CleanSmart, SkinSmart, and Magic Molecule brands use simple ingredients and smart science to effectively kill germs that make people sick. We have seen a strong increase in demand and need help ASAP. We are looking for a full-time Key Account Manager. This position will report directly to the Manager of Commercial Operations.
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving business development initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a blend of technical sales expertise and strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and identify their needs.
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Engage with prospective clients by introducing them to our products and services, and fostering new business relationships.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the value of our offerings to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to create strategic plans for onboarding of new accounts, production planning, and growth.
- Utilize company tools and resources to track account activities and manage account information.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and enhance customer relationships.
- Lead initiatives that promote customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in technical account management with a strong understanding of business development principles.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in warm calling techniques to effectively engage potential clients.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, client needs, and sales data.
- Familiarity with managing client relationships and tracking client activities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,500.00 per year
