Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in technical sales, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve defined sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales performance, manage leads, and report on key metrics.
  • Mentor and train team members to improve their sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales management, particularly in technology sales or related fields.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.
  • Experience in business development with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $99,404.00 - $199,261.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
