As a Re-roofing Sales Account Manager, you'll be responsible for generating new business through lead generation, relationship building, and closing sales. You'll work closely with our experienced project management team to ensure that projects are executed flawlessly and clients are completely satisfied.

Job Description: Sales Account Manager

Reports To: President

Classification: Exempt

General Description:

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for generating sales and revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role involves developing an in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered by the company and effectively communicating their features and benefits to potential customers.

Duties:

  • Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including social media, trade shows, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the products or services provided.
  • Present and demonstrate the products or services to potential customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Negotiate sales and close deals with customers.
  • Provide estimating department with pictures and documents required to prepare bid.
  • Ensure estimates are completed in timely manner by estimating department.
  • Networking both during work hours and periodically after hours while representing the company at designated industry network groups.
  • Maintaining assigned sales quotas and following established company guidelines.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Develop working relationships with property managers, condo associations, commercial property owners, and facility managers.
  • Continued growth with current customer base.
  • Maintaining proper sales reports.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Complete other duties at the discretion of management

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments and people.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for representing organizations in public.
  • Good computer skills.
  • CRM experience a plus.
  • Previous sales experience in the roofing industry preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
