Redwood Consultants is hiring an Account Manager to join our growing Charleston team. This representative will act as a liaison, provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best candidate is genuinely excited to help customers; they’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
Responsibilities
- Seek new sales leads
- Territory management for the greater Charleston area
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Sales Presentations
- Serve as the lead point of contact for our customers
- Ensures quality, standards, and client expectations are met
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Qualifications:
- Clear communication and presentation skills
- Organizational skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and persistent
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Working well in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,643.21 - $58,157.14 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
