Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Growing Transportation Division at Buschbach Insurance!

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Buschbach Insurance seeks a highly motivated and skilled Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a critical member of our Transportation Division, you'll be responsible for servicing mid-to-large transportation accounts, working closely with our Retail Commercial Lines Manager and Senior Vice President of Sales & Transportation to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide efficient and timely service to clients, reviewing each account to meet their unique needs

· Prepare proposals and applications for renewals and new business opportunities

· Ensure all quote and policy documents are accurate and delivered promptly to clients post-sale

Job Requirements:

· 2+ years of sales & service experience, preferably in the Transportation/Trucking space

· Strong customer service focus

· Knowledge of insurance documents, policy forms, and rating procedures

· Familiarity with insurance markets and special programs

· Property & Casualty Insurance license

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams) and AMS360 agency management system

· Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Positive attitude and a genuine desire to make customers and coworkers feel valued

· Strong decision-making and prioritization skills

· Precise communication skills, even under time constraints

· An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required.
