Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

Location: Waterloo, ON

Pay: $24/hr

Shift: 8am-5pm Monday to Friday
Position will lead to permanent and long-term employment for the right candidate!

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative for our client in the lumber industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Work quickly and accurately

· Handle the fundamental aspects of company record keeping

· Provide outstanding customer support by answering incoming customer calls, order entry, providing information on the status of sales orders or stock supply, and writing/verifying/tracking sales orders

· Manage existing account base and assist with efficiency for these accounts

· Follow up with other departments and communicate all pertinent information to our customers

· Provide excellent service to internal customers within sales, administration, operations departments

· Keep track of all stocked products available

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in an administrative assistant role or related position.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and adapt to changing priorities.
