Responsibilities: •
Assist clients in the selection process of natural stone and quartz slabs, providing expert advice and guidance to meet their specific needs and preferences.
Utilize Stone Profits CRM software to manage client interactions, track inventory, and coordinate orders efficiently.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with fabricators, designers, contractors, and homeowners through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
Proactively identify sales opportunities and follow up on leads to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales initiatives and marketing campaigns to promote our products effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and market developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the natural stone, quartz, or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of natural stone and quartz slabs, including characteristics, applications, and trends.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably Stone Profits, to manage customer relationships and sales processes effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Proactive and results-driven attitude with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to customer needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
