WCR is looking to hire long-term B2B inside sales/account reps. We are a national company that is a leader in textile recycling. Trying not to give the same old template description, if you are a proven B2B sales rep, let's talk!
Expect to be earning over 100k within 2 years and we have Reps. that have been there within a year. There is no cap on your earning potential.
We are one of the largest textile recycling companies with 8 operations across the USA. We deal with the collections of textiles through kiosks we statically at retail centers and local business for the ease of use by the community. We pay business and property owners to have the kiosk there which only takes up 4x4ft of space. We have thousands of locations and been operating for 25 years. We can tech you about the industry but we will not train on "sales". We will give you all the knowledge and best "tools" in the industry.
We are very close team and the atmosphere is very welcoming with no one look over your shoulder or micro managing you, but we are always here to move your career forward and help you in any way we can to succeed!!

Responsibilities
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
Maintain and expand your database of prospects
Maintaining your accounts for maximum performance
Communicate with existing accounts about their needs
Develop meaningful relationships with accounts to encourage trust and loyalty
Use negotiation skills to close deals
Use CRM software to increase customer retention
Create personal marketing plan
What we are looking for in a candidate
***A Canidate that has worked with commercial property management companies prior is a huge +
Must be efficient and a successful cold caller
Must be able to research and obtain leads (will be trained on this and helped)
Knows how to deal with aggressive face packed sales (when needed)
Proven inside sales experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong listening and presentation skills
Closing skills
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Prospecting skills
Building relationships
Data entry skills
Professionalism
Motivation for sales
B2B sales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills

Worked with property managers before? That is a plus!
