Job Description
We are seeking an dynamic Territory Sales Manager to expand our presence across the Northeast region. This fully remote position requires a motivated, customer-focused professional with a "hunter" mentality and a proven track record in driving new business. You’ll be the face of our brand in the territory, building relationships and delivering strategic marketing solutions to customers in retail and wholesale.
Work Location: This role is remote but with heavy travel (about 75% of the role is on the road). The candidate must reside in the North East.
Responsibilities:
- Identify & Secure New Business: Build a strong pipeline through cold calling, in-person meetings, and networking.
- Develop Customized Branding Solutions: Work closely with customers to create tailored branding packages, manage contract negotiations, and identify competitive advantages.
- Partner with Customers: Support customers’ marketing strategies, ensuring they maximize our marketing, advertising, and branding programs.
- Market & Territory Analysis: Conduct SWOT analyses to stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to maintain timely communications, report updates, and resolve any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in sales or related field.
- 5+ years of outside sales experience; experience in the energy or oil industry is a plus.
- Proven "hunter" mentality with a track record of success in sales growth.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Northeast (approximately 75% of the time).
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
