Job Description
Supply Management
- Order products from principals based on sales target, velocity and inventory level
- Provide sales and inventory update for sales team, sales manager and principal
Assist Sales Team
- Collect monthly market research data from sales team and compile into actionable reports.
- Schedule demo for sales team. Collect demo reports from promoters and compile/analyze demo report data.
- Provide inventory report to alert sales team products to move quickly
- Provide sales team with any update with pricing/order form, fliers, etc.
Marketing
To develop and promote assigned brands by
- Working with sales marketing team to develop concepts
- Assisting in developing marketing campaigns
- Identifying and working with advertising platforms (online, offline, etc.)
- Work with principals and our marketing specialist to develop marketing materials
Qualification
- Passionate and take proactive steps to complete tasks and resolve issues
- Be team player and can work independently
- Eager to learn and try new things
- Experience & Interest in Foods and Beverages a big plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook and communication tools (Zoom, MS Team, WeChat, WhatsApp)
- Possess general technical competence (Netsuite, Adobe (Acrobat, Photoshop), Social Platform (Instagram, Facebook, Redbook, etc.) is a plus
- Proficient in English, Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

- Food industry: 2 years (Preferred)
